Call it
"new-timey," call it "post-bluegrass,"
call it "string band music for the 21st
century"—whatever the name, there's a
revolution under way where string band
traditions meet youthful creativity;
look right to its center, and that's
where you'll find Bearfoot. The quintet,
originally formed in Alaska, have
already made a mark with four strong
releases, including their 2009 Compass
Records debut, Doors And Windows which
instantly hit the top of Billboard
Magazine's Bluegrass Album chart. Now,
as they enter their second decade with a
new Nashville home and a new lineup,
Bearfoot have taken their place among
the best and brightest of a new
generation of musicians reshaping
American roots music. Find out more at
http://www.bearfootband.com/.

“Confident and inspired, the group
serves up a collaborative effort that
should appeal to a broad range of people
who like classic bluegrass that isn't
afraid to tread on pop waters.”
— Ryan Duffy, Valley Advocate

Eric
Bibb, already enjoying success in
Europe, is becoming a familiar face
– and voice –in the U.S. acoustic
folk-blues scene. Joined by
harmonica great Grant Dermody, his unique talent
continues to draw critical acclaim
around the world. Twice nominated
for the W.C. Handy Awards and winner
of the “Best Newcomer” title in the
British Blues Awards, Bibb has been
appropriately described as
“discreetly awesome” and “a total
original.” As his popularity
escalates, earlier comparisons to
legendary greats Ry Cooder and Taj
Mahal are being replaced by quotes
that speak to Bibb’s ability to “use
standard blues ingredients to cook
up something all his own.” Find out
more at

“If you were going to build the
perfect acoustic bluesman, he’d
probably turn out looking and
sounding exactly like Eric Bibb.” --

Funny
and upbeat, with just a pinch of sass,
the Good Lovelies' textbook three-part
harmonies, constant instrument swapping
and witty on-stage banter have enlivened
the folk music landscape since they
joined forces in 2006.
The Good Lovelies are not your
run-of-the-mill "all girl" band. At a
time when too many of us are affected by
gloom, doom and recovering from
recession these three women are the
perfect antidote. Winners of the 2010
Juno - Roots Album of the Year (Group)
and New Emerging Artist Award from the
Canadian Folk Music Awards - the Good
Lovelies are making waves across Canada.

Is it blues, is it classical?
Walking the line between Beethoven and
B.B. King and armed with the creative
genius and instrumental prowess that
have defined his career for nearly four
decades, Corky has pioneered an
original, genre-busting Chamber blues -
a fresh, innovative sound capturing the
sparkling qualities of classical music
merged with the emotional melodic style
of blues, all within an intimate chamber
setting.
"Gritty
Chicago blues and rarefied classical
chamber music might not seem like a
match made in heaven --- until you've
heard Corky Siegel bring the two
together ... a crowning achievement." -
Chicago Tribune
“Audiences don't merely like it, they
love it.” - The Banff Centre - Canada
